The first CoMinVi Bootcamp brought together Directors, Managers, and Safety Coordinators with one clear purpose: to strengthen the implementation of our Critical Risk Management System (CCRM) and reinforce the leadership commitment that defines our company.
More than a training session, this program marked a turning point in how we experience safety at CoMinVi. Each activity was designed to deepen participants’ understanding of how to identify, assess, and control life-threatening risks, ensuring that every team member returns home safely at the end of the day.
Throughout the event, participants shared insights, analyzed real cases, and engaged in practical exercises that emphasized the importance of performing quality and safety verifications to prevent deaths. The message was clear: every decision matters, every preventive action protects what’s most valuable — our people.
